Domestic Shipping

We offer complimentary standard shipping on all domestic orders within India. Orders are processed within 24-48 business hours and delivered via our premium courier partners. Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days.

International Shipping

We ship to over 100 countries globally. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of the order. Delivery typically takes 7-14 business days. Please note that customs duties and taxes may apply depending on your location.

Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your ELVER fragrance. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unused products in their original, sealed packaging within 30 days of purchase.

Due to the personal nature of perfumery, we cannot accept returns for bottles that have been opened or sprayed. To initiate a return, please contact our concierge at support@elverperfume.in.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will promptly arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.
